Zhonghaike foam fenders are the most consistent performing, highest quality available today.
Five foam grades in standard US and metric sizes give a huge choice from ultra-low hull pressure to super-high performance.
Flosys 4-axis filament winding ensures extra strong reinforcement and an even finish. The PU elastomer skin includes an extra wear layer and can be made in almost any colour(black, grey and orange are standard).

Donut Fenders

Zhonghaike Donut fenders are a simple and versatile solution for berth corners, locks and similar applications.

Donut fenders float and rotate around a steel monopile. Their foam body provides
buoyancy and energy absorption. The steel core has low friction UHMW-PE stave
bearings so it moves freely with the rise and fall of the tide.

Low rolling resistance means Zhonghaike Donut fenders are ideal for berth corners,
lock entrances, guiding structures and anywhere that ships warp along the berth.
Submersible systems are also available for submarine docking operations.
