    Vacuum oil skimmer is a type of oil spill recovery equipment most suitable for beach shores, shallow water, water, land platforms, and narrow water. It consists of a skimmer tanker, pump truck, and pipeline.

    Diesel vacuum power station is driven by diesel engine to vacuum pump. The diesel power into vacuum power, in the buffer tank to produce a vacuum, through the suction head will be on the shore on the ground, floating on the water surface of the oil spill absorbed into the buffer tank. Then, the oil transfer pump transfers the collected oil spill to the oil storage equipment on shore or on board, thus realizing the function of oil spill recovery.

    The pump truck provides power for the oil collection tank. The vacuum pump and vacuum tank (skimmer tank) are designed as mobile cart structures, which are easy to carry and transport. Structural Characteristics

    The vacuum oil collector is driven by the power machine on the vacuum pump station to drive the vacuum pump. The vacuum pump will suck the oil collection tank into a vacuum state. Due to the higher external atmospheric pressure than the pressure inside the tank, the dirty oil will enter the oil collection tank through the suction head and suction pipe.

    The tank is equipped with a liquid level control system and an electronic alarm system. When the tank is full, it will automatically seal the suction pipe to prevent the oil from entering the vacuum pump. When the alarm system detects that the tank is full, it will give an audible and visual alarm. The oil can be discharged by pressure or gravity. By turning the reversing handle of the ball valve, the indicator arrow will change from the suction position to the discharge position.

    At this time, the vacuum pump will charge gas into the tank to make the pressure inside the tank greater than the external atmospheric pressure. The dirty oil in the tank will be discharged through the discharge pipe to temporary storage devices such as lightweight oil storage tanks.
