Product Description
Rubber dredging hoses are specialized flexible pipelines designed for transporting abrasive slurries, sand, gravel, and other dredged materials in marine and land-based operations. They are widely used in dredging, mining, and hydraulic engineering due to their high wear resistance, flexibility, and pressure-bearing capacity..
1.1 Inner Layer
- Made of high-abrasion-resistant rubber (NR/SBR blend) to withstand wear from sand, gravel, and slurry.
- Smooth inner surface minimizes friction and clogging.
1.2 Reinforcement Layer
- High-tensile synthetic fabric (polyester/nylon) or steel wire helix/spiral for strength and flexibility.
- Multi-ply construction ensures pressure resistance (typically 0.3-1.6 MPa).
1.3 Outer Layer
- Weather-resistant rubber (CR/EPDM) to protect against UV, seawater, and ozone degradation.
- Optional anti-corrosion coatings for harsh environments.
