1.1 Inner Layer

• Made of high-abrasion-resistant rubber (NR/SBR blend) to withstand wear from sand, gravel, and slurry.
• Smooth inner surface minimizes friction and clogging.

1.2 Reinforcement Layer

• High-tensile synthetic fabric (polyester/nylon) or steel wire helix/spiral for strength and flexibility.
• Multi-ply construction ensures pressure resistance (typically 0.3-1.6 MPa).

1.3 Outer Layer

• Weather-resistant rubber (CR/EPDM) to protect against UV, seawater, and ozone degradation.
• Optional anti-corrosion coatings for harsh environments.
